Learn how to use the FSBA workflow maintenance tool! This interactive workshop includes instruction and hands-on exercises to further your understanding of advanced workflow functions, such as Data Forwarding, Conditional Workflows, and Workflow Customization. The enhanced workflow maintenance tool (introduced in FSBA 2007.2) will be used in this workshop.

Participants will learn the requirements to install and administer a production system specifically; branch server and workstation configuration, and file management. A ZAD file maintenance overview will provide participants insight into customizing their system, managing their products, and maintaining marketing and sales tools at the branch. Participants will also learn about troubleshooting issues and the FSB Support process. Attendees for this course should be System or Application Administrators.

Participants will receive a comprehensive hands-on approach using the FSB Marketing Center for MISER application. During this condensed course, participants will learn how to use the FSB Authoring tools. Course activities include developing dialogs (screens), designing workflows, storing and retrieving data, and building and/or customizing an end-user interface. Pascal topics include how to develop, register, and implement custom hooks using the ZEUS Pascal scripting language.
