	Workshops at FSB Headquarters	There are two one-hour FREE Workshops, and one three-hour paid workshop. Enrollment for all training is part of the online conference registration process. Attendees are able to enroll when they register, or return and sign up for training at any time by updating their registration records.

We will discuss what is needed to get up and running, along with the differences in file structure, and release maintenance.
2:00-5:00 PM	ADVANCED WORKFLOW TOOL	3 Hour Workshop $250.00 Per Person Learn how to use the FSBA workflow maintenance tool! This interactive workshop includes instruction and hands-on exercises to further your understanding of advanced workflow functions, such as Data Forwarding, Conditional Workflows, and Workflow Customization. The enhanced workflow maintenance tool (introduced in FSBA 2007.2) will be used in this workshop.

Thursday 9/18 9:00-5:00 PM	FSBA FOR MISER MAINTENANCE TOOLS & PARAMETERS	8 Hour Workshop $500.00 Per Person Learn how to configure your system to meet specific business needs and improve system efficiency. This guided tour through the maintenance tools (ZAD files) and parameters will help attendees gain an understanding of how these administrator tools impact FSBA and what settings would be appropriate for their financial institution.
Thursday 9/18- Saturday 9/20 9:00-5:00 PM	FSB SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR COURSE	3 Day Course $1,500.00 Per Person Participants will learn the requirements to install and administer a production system specifically; branch server and workstation configuration, and file management. A ZAD file maintenance overview will provide participants insight into customizing their system, managing their products, and maintaining marketing and sales tools at the branch. Participants will also learn about troubleshooting issues and the FSB Support process. Attendees for this course should be System or Application Administrators.
Thursday 9/18- Friday 9/19 9:00-5:00 PM	FSBA MARKETING CENTER	2 Day Course $1,000.00 Per Person Participants will receive a comprehensive hands-on approach using the FSB Marketing Center for MISER application. An end-to-end experience will be delivered to include the cycle of creating an offer to pushing it out to the financial institution's end customer as well importing and viewing the results of the offer.
Monday 9/22- Tuesday 9/23 9:00-5:00 PM	FSB CHANNEL SERVER ADMINISTRATION	2 Day Course $1,000.00 Per Person Participants will learn about the FSB Channel Server and the tools used to administer the server. Completion of this course prepares you to install, configure, monitor, support operations, troubleshoot and manage applications/utilities and databases related to the FSB Channel Server environment.
Monday 9/22- Friday 9/26 8:00-5:00 PM	FSB AUTHORING TOOLKIT / CUSTOM PASCAL	5 Day Course $2,000.00 Per Person During this condensed course, participants will learn how to use the FSB Authoring tools. Course activities include developing dialogs (screens), designing workflows, storing and retrieving data, and building and/or customizing an end-user interface. Pascal topics include how to develop, register, and implement custom hooks using the ZEUS Pascal scripting language.
